With the USMNT currently chasing down a continental crown on home soil, McKennie has been asked by Juventus’ official media channels to select a dream 5-a-side team made up of fellow countrymen. He picked himself, AC Milan forward Pulisic and Bianconeri team-mate Tim Weah. When offering a nod to heroes from years gone by, he found room for Clint Dempsey and former Manchester United and Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard – saying of the decision to overlook current colleague Matt Turner between the sticks: “I love you Matt, no hard feelings at all.”
